I will show you a Weight Management flip bound notebook I made recently though. I used a Saturated Canary freebie on the front with the Dreamweaver Stencil sponged in on the background and a similar sponging on the back with a fence and flowers from my friend, Dawn. The notebook covers are from tissue boxes that my co-workers save for me.

I used a CINCH I purchased at Hobby Lobby to do the binding. I really LOVE it. I had a coupon and had to have it.
